Your password is sent to the exact e-mail address you entered when signing up. If you've checked and still haven't received the e-mail, please wait a few minutes as internet congestion can often slow the delivery of internet mail. Also be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes our email is put there by mistake. However, if it's been a few hours and you still haven't received your account password, you can request to have another one sent to you by going here. If after doing this you still get nothing, it is safe to assume either one of three things:
There are two ways of establishing your identity. One is with your password, and the other is access to your registered e-mail address. Without either one, it is impossible for CarnalHost to determine if you are the owner of a particular account. The only recourse at this point is to either sign up for a completely new account or request for a password reset.
To retrieve a lost password, simply go to the login screen, enter your account name in the "Forgot Your Password?" box, then click the "Get It" button. A copy of your password will be immediately sent to your registered e-mail address. Please wait a few minutes for the mail to be received by your e-mail provider. If, however, you no longer have access to the registered e-mail account, then the only way to get your account back is to request for a password reset.
In short, no. Once you've established your account name, it becomes part of your identity. Not only is it used for your login, but it becomes part of your web site address as well. If, however, you feel that you must use a different account name, simply delete your existing account and create a new account.
To login successfully, please follow these instructions carefully:
If after following the above instructions you are still not able to log in, then you should request for another copy of your password here.
To change your password, you must first log in to the file manager and click "My Account". There you will see the option to change your password. More info can be found here.
In order to have your password reset, you must e-mail ALL of the following information to account@topcities.com. Make sure every piece of information is as accurate as possible or no password reset will occur. Send to support@carnalhost.com:
